We are the Experts in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, foundation crack repair, bowing wall repair, and concrete leveling (mudjacking). 3D Structural began in 1997 with two brothers and a mudjacking pump. "I accepted a quote from 3D in July 2022. After they received my 50% deposit for adding to my driveway the company never completed the work and never returned a call, and there were many calls. I texted the man who quoted me and he stated that he was "working on my refund". I asked him when and he said he didn't know. The next 2 texts he has not responded to. Fast forward to 2023, no refund and no return call or text. I have reported them to the Indiana Attorney General as well as the BBB. They are a horrible business at best, scammers at worst, either way stay away if you don't want to have your 50% deposit stolen."

From the Remodeling area we know to do demolition, bathroom & kitchen remodeling, house flooring, in home remodeling! From the maintenance side we know all from mowing lawns, year round cleanup, bush trimming, garden edging, mulch work, gravel work and much more

"Fantastic fathers/son duo. Took about 3 weeks to include gutting down to the studs, building partial wall, reenforcing floor to accommodate curbless walkin. Dual shower heads. Meticulous. I have never seen a more beautiful shower! Lines straight and squared. They even made sure the rocks on the tile floor were even!!! Thank you Gil Sr & Jr. we are thrilled and exceeded all expectations!"

"TERRIBLE PEIPLE TO WORK WITH. IM OUT $50. It took about 2 weeks to get Brian out to give me an estimate. At that time, he told me he charges $50 for an estimate which goes towards the work if he’s hired. He’d not mentioned that before and it was a red flag but I gave him the $50 and he said he’d be back on 7/19. I texted him the day before to confirm and he didn’t respond. So I texted again that evening and the text wouldn’t deliver. I called and a msg said I was calling from a restricted number, he blocked me! I called Cameron the next morning and explained what happened and he said he was trying to reach Brian as well. He told me he’d come out and do the work and would call me back with some options of when he could come. Four days have passed and no call back. I’ve tried calling again and his mailbox is full. TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BIZ!!"
