"The price was fine. I had the Angie's List deal with them, so it was good. I thought Barrier Windows final product was very good. We had a couple of hiccups, because they had to scheduled along with with siding people. There were a couple of scheduling hiccups. I did end up having an window broken. The guy slipped. His ladder slipped, and something ended up fallen into the interior window. Some of the discussions about the windows it all was finally fixed, but it certainly didn't add to the experience, and he got hurt. He got a really big gash, and had to go to the hospital with his arm."

"Eric removed two layers of shingles from our 40 year old roof and replaced them with new 3D Duration shingles. The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding panels. The repair which we were pursuing was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Someone referred us to Maximus and when I called and talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was due to the concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowed water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding.We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He has just finished the total project in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.

The crew was very meticulous in every step of the process.  The final result is a very well detailed finish that transformed the look of our house from an ordinary red brick/gray wood siding look into what most  describe as an exciting Cape Cod look.  We live on a large reservoir in Hamilton  County.
The crew consistently checked with us daily for our input on particular details and on their progress. They were very courteous and respected our needs and desired look.  The management of this company stopped by every few days to be sure we were satisfied with the progress and look.
