"I will hire them. They seemed to know what I wanted, and the price they quoted to clean the tile, replace the grout in several places, then caulk and reseal seemed reasonable. I have having the trim on the outside of the house painted next week, and as soon as that is completed, I will have them complete this job."

"Ratcliff Design and Build did a phenomenal job! I wanted to convert a spare bedroom to a laundry room, close in our loft to create a bedroom, and close in the second story of our foyer to create a small room. I felt it was a big ask but they did it with grace and accommodated a little bit of a rushed timeline for us. They answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and were very considerate. Since then they have helped solve a mysterious electrical issue we had, floored my hallway, stabilized our banister, and installed a Murphy door for us. All of it looks great and I will continue to reach out to them when I have additional projects in mind. Highly recommend!"
