Wayne Bowden worked as general contractor and the scope of work included moving the shower and wc, ripping out and rebuilding several interior walls, removing the pre-existing floor (carpet) and replacing it with porcelain tile, removing a bathtub, and all kinds of related carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work. The job took approximately 6 weeks. Wayne's work ethic is outstanding. He and his crew came to work promptly each weekday morning and worked steadily until end of day. During the project several problems came up (e.g., existing wall slightly out of plumb and too tight for new vanity due to bowed 2x4) and Wayne solved the problem rather than simply try to work around it. The result is that all new and rebuilt walls and corners are perfectly square and plumb, resulting in the tile also being perfectly aligned and square.
