From getting the quote to getting the work completed, the communication was top notch and very professional. The owner Dean walked me through every step and even made sure to lay wood down to protect our lawn! Dean also has the best concrete stamper around Chris! It was worth every penny for them to get this completed. Our kids and family love it already so much! The pictures of the patio says it all and they don't even give it justice the work that was put into it! I want to add that others have added concrete onto their driveways in my neighborhood, but ours is the only one that matches our driveway perfectly in color and texture! So I highly recommend them for all your concrete needs!"

"First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done. I agreed to Jeremiah's plan and about two weeks later Larry and his crew came out to do the work. I will say it again, Larry and his crew were great. They worked so hard and in horrible heat and humidity. They were always friendly and smiled when I saw them. Larry always let me know what they got done that day, and what the plan was for the next. They cleaned up the work area, and took away any and all debris. I have full faith in ICSR and Larry and his crew that the repairs were done right. I am so glad the plan with the other company fell through, as I think I ended up with the best!"
