Our crawlspace is clean, dry and there is no mold. We encapsulated the crawlspace a couple years ago with another company that took shortcuts and it only made things worse. As a result, we had to take out what the other company did and have it done right, with drain tiles, a sump pump and dehumidifier. Indiana Foundation is worth the cost.
