"We have used Greenwell for 14 years & they are awesome! It was a difficult job since the house was built in 1962. They replaced the inside main sewage pipe, with jackhammering to the ground, poured concrete in that area as well as in the shower area to stabilize the floor for the new shower. They tore out the old toilet, sink & shower. They replaced the toilet, wall sink, put in a new shower, framed & drywalled around it. Ran a new drain, & put in a utility sink. They knew we were in a hurry to get this job done. Rather than have to wait 2 weeks, they added us to their schedule between other jobs. It took about a week. I couldn't get plumbers to call me back, & the one that did come & do an estimate was not going to start the job for 3 months at a cost of $2,000 more than Greenwell. Greenwell has always done an amazing job for us. From wearing booties in the house to not cause a mess, to always being on time. We won't call another plumber from now on. Greenwell is the best!!! "

Glad he did that, b/c we discussed an odd situation that arose: the toilet "kit" contained no seat! Because of the trust he already commanded in our short interaction, I asked him to please purchase something utilitarian and tack it onto the bill. This he did, installed the new one in under an hour, and never charged me for the seat, though I pointed that out to him. He let it be known that that was on the house. Service beyond excellent."
