The technician that came back was very helpful and made a solid effort to treat the small area that needed additional attention. My only complaint is that the price of pet stain treatment was not disclosed prior to handing me the bill. Treatment was $50/room. This added $100 to my bill, which was only $150 without the pet stain treatment. I felt that since this is so much significantly higher than the cleaning cost itself for shampooing the carpets, it should have been discussed prior to billing."

"They do very good work. They know what there are doing and did a good job. The only problem is that they are very expensive. They were upfront with the cost and there were no surprises. They provided their own cleaning supplies for the job. The first time, they sent a crew of four people and cleaned my entire home.
