Company consists of myself and my son Paul. We have a total of 55 years experience. We do all the sealing work ourselves and by hand--no spray machines. Based in Cincinnati, we take care of the tri-state area but we have expanded our operations to the Dayton area now. Being a family-run business we are able to offer the best customer service possible. The same person giving the estimate is the same person scheduling and doing the actual work. We pride ourselves in the number of our repeat customers. We have been taking care of some customers for over 30 years. "JACO saved my backyard project from being delayed any further. I needed an egress window well replaced due to poor workmanship from my builder 30 years ago-it worked but the cinderblock they used was laid in a crooked and uneven manner. We contracted with Acculevel to do the window well, but on the agreed date of installation which was 2 months later, they no showed. After playing phone tag with them, they ghosted me for 48 hrs and then said they were unable to do the project unless I had the window replaced by them with a 2500 increase in cost. Needless to say, We decided to get a new installer. I called JACO that evening and they were wonderful. Roger came out the next day and replaced the window well 2 weeks later. It looks beautiful and I am no longer embarrassed to have someone see it."

"We had our 1920s basement finished. Gary and his team were flexible and positive and very responsive to communication. They had great ideas and tried their hardest to make mine a reality. During the project we had a couple of huge issues come up in our home, not related to the work Kiwi was doing. They helped remedy those problems ( one being a very large hole in a plaster ceiling) and when they couldn’t remedy it, they helped me problem solve. They are good at their jobs and good humans and that’s not always easy to find when looking for a contractor. Our basement is better than we could have hoped. We will certainly be calling Kiwi for the projects we have planned in the future."

"We received a quote from Julius Howe For a 3" thick asphalt driveway to be installed with them also adding a compacted gravel base. After the paving was completed, there were a few areas where the asphalt appeared to be quite thin. Julius assured me it was fine and would not be an issue. This was paved in the beginning of Fall 2021 and by early to mid Summer 2022 (well within 1 year warranty period) the driveway began developing substantial cracks throughout the entire driveway. When I attempted to reach out to them for warranty repair work, never answered. Finally got an email back from Julius stating he would come take a look at things. Two days later I received an email saying the damage was not under warranty because it does not cover EXTREME weather conditions because the drought we had 2022. WE DiD NOT HAVE ANYTHING NEAR A DROUGHT. Also included was a nearly $4,000.00 estimate to repair the cracks and seal the driveway. We have already paid over $22,000 for the initial job."
