Mr McKinney was a pleasure to do business with. He was prompt, expertly professional and more than amenable to my crazy work schedule. He took the time to go to the local hardware store to get parts that were either missing from the kit, or the wrong size. He explained everything that he was doing and didn't leave a mess for me to pick up. Thank you so much Gene, I love the work you've done for me!
