STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have very shady business practices and you could wind up owing them for services you did NOT want. We switched companies this year because they were so bad. Cannot warn you enough! I am only putting 1 star because it's required to post the review.

I paid for the whole year. They come out every 5-6 weeks. They do about ten treatments throughout the year. Obviously in the heat of the summer you don't want to treat so they gave the lawn a little break in that time. They come, they do their thing and they are out, it is really hassle free. We got a really good deal for our treatments. They are really responsive. He gave me his cell number so I don't have to call customer service.

Good price, and service was delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I prepaid for a years worth of service and in late spring, a technician over applied a lawn treatment that decimated my yard, killing a good portion of it (from too strong of a concentration). franchise owner responded and brought an expert with him, and they acknowledged their mistake. The only solution they suggested was a "reseeding" at no cost to be scheduled at a later date. I was not happy with being charged for the death of my lawn. I cancelled the service and requested a refund for the outstanding balance of my prepaid account (which I received). Took me two years to start getting my dead grass restored. For that reason, I would not use this service.

Spring-Green Lawn Care are wonderful. That is Richard Carter, I use him. He is fabulous. He is 'A' for everything. He is amazing. He shows up. His price is good. He tells you when he is there and he does a good job. His charges are reasonable.

Unfortunately, our particular territory services the northern suburbs of Indianapolis including, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, Fishers, Cicero, etc, so this is a customer of a different Spring-Green Lawn Care. Though this is not my customer, I do want to share that Spring-Green as an organization offers a guarantee for our services. Has this customer contacted their local Spring-Green to come and respray the weeds? We are always happy to do anything we can to make our customers happy. With the droughts from previous summers thinning the grass, combined with heavy rains this summer, it was the perfect environment for weed growth. With all that being said, Spring-Green is constantly striving to make the lawns of our customers look as nice as we possibly can. Thank you."

Alan and his staff provides all the care we pay for to be done. Our lawn was not in the best shape and since we have have started his contract in the last 3 yrs, our lawn is improved to where we are so proud of it!

I specifically requested last year that I didn't want anymore service.
And they came today and did my lawn, even though I prepaid last year,
and requested service to end last Oct (2013). I quickly went outside
and spoke with the rep, explaining politely that I did not want
service. He left, but took the bike lock that I had on my back gate
(that keeps it closed)..No one had the code to it, expect them (and the
two adults at the residence). I tried repeatedly to call the company to
try and catch the driver to inform him of his mistake. And no one has
called me back. I would not recommend them, unless you would prefer
your property stolen. And the expense of this is more than the service I
would pay to them. If my property is returned I would be happy to
change my review.

Spring Green does an excellnt job helping to keep our yard green and almost weed free. Of course having an irrigation system and mowing to correct height and frequently help also.

We received a flyer in the mail and decided to give Spring Green a try. They came out within a week and started the fertilization/weed control on our lawn. We noticed a significant reduction in weeds within 10 days. Rick the owner comes out himself and is very friendly and professional. We also found out that they do pest control as well around the perimeter of the house. We had a very bad ant problem and they have gone down quite a bit. We still have a few coming into the kitchen and bathroom but not nearly the horrible problem that it was (I was convinced that the ants were taking over the world!) So overall we have been very pleased. We have a very large yard and I find the costs very reasonable

"I apologize for the misunderstanding, but we did provide two applications this spring and neither were paid for. We also did a perimeter pest control application and a total of $124 is owed on the account. We do offer free service calls to our customers, but they must be up to date on their bill and they do need to contact us if they feel there is a problem. The memberdid not call or email me to notify me of any problem. That said, I’d still be happy to talk to the member about how we can improve his yard together. Thank you."

The price was competitive and Alan sold me the work on the core aeration with the thorough inspection he had done on my yard and his consulting assistance. He helped direct me toward a places to buy a treatment for nutsedge grass and for grass seed that I planned to use for overseeding, even though he offered those services.
