They did a great job of cleaning everything up when the job was done. We had a couple of little kinks. They were taken care of quickly with apologies. The completed new bathroom is even more beautiful than I could have anticipated. Gorden was easy to work with. He explained everything and helped with decisions. He is respected by his crew. "Nathan was amazing. Arrived on time every day and stuck to his time line. He let me know every time there was something we didn’t see and went the extra mile on the whole project. His rates are reasonable and he saved me a lot of time by providing materials for the job. I am definitely going to use him for my other bathroom. I like that my project was his sole job for the week and I didn’t have to extend the project with off days. He had a helper who was so respectful and kind. "Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

Their prices were comparable, but EZ Bath's material was better (thicker base, walls, and glass!) The gentlemen installing the unit were polite and professional.
