"Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

He indicated that Envy has done this type of work as well as complete sun rooms for many years and it was something they could replace for us so everything would be as good as new. He sent someone out to measure everything, told us what all our options were and then provided us with a detailed quote for the job. After we approved everything he scheduled the work to fit our schedule and the crew came out and performed all of the roof removal and installation work to perfection. My wife and I were and are thrilled with the quality and the appearance of the new roof. It really improved our old sunroom and now we are looking forward to many more years of happily using it. We have huge concrete cracks that he refuses to rectify saying it’s something WE did to cause! He was a major bully over text exchanges with my husband and I, and his team did a sloppy job with our backslash. 0/10 do not recommend Russ."
