They gave me an estimate for the time they were going to be there and actually finished early. They covered their shoes and protected our hardwood floors, At the end we got an update on the progress where we were told they got 90% of the stains and odor out of our furniture. The gentlemen even went above and beyond sweeping the debris from under the couches when they were moved. Our house has never smelt better.
