Purchased a new home and decided to install new flooring throughout. Janine and Rick were thorough and offered tremendous insight in order to make sure I chose the right Flooring based on my overall desires. Not to mention, the value was excellent. I priced them out with 2 other high profiled companies and they beat both prices. Strongly recommend if you want high quality work from design to installation.

We felt the price was higher than services rendered. The contractors were messy, they left fingerprints of stain on bathrooms doors, patio doors, walls, molding, kitchen counters and island. Company did not drop promised supplies. The job never seemed finished. We agreed to cover only one of the floor outlets, the company covered both.

During our initial planning discussions, we had scheduled one of our painters to apply the finishing paint to ensure a seamless and cohesive look. (As the stain color that was selected on site, True Black, is one of the darkest stains you can apply and wall-base will need white paint touch up after it's applied). It's important to note that we always aim for clear communication and to meet our customers' preferences."

We had a terrific experience! Rick and Janine were very good at explaining cost, time frame and did exactly what they said they would do in our exact time frame. We had them match our existing Brazilian cherry floors after we removed the carpet. It looks like itâ s been here all along, absolutely seamless transition. Big praises, add to that, they couldnâ t have been more professional and really care about their customer. Yep, Iâ d use them again in a heartbeat. Weâ ve already given their name to a few neighbors. We were looking to replace carpet and how a few quotes from other providers and Rick was able to provide us with the highest quality carpet at a rate that was over 20% cheaper vs. the competition. The installation team did a great job moving our furniture and replaced 2,300 sq ft of carpet in 8hrs. I highly recommend.

EXCEPTIONAL WORK! Janine, Rick and their crew did an absolute outstanding job with replacing our floors. Our floors were very uneven and they did such an incredible job at evening it out. They took their time working with us from the very beginning to end helping us with our choices and decisions. Janine has such a sharp eye not only for flooring but for interior decor!!
