"TNT showed up exactly when they said they would. The two gentleman that arrived were extremely professional and beyond patient with my wrangling our two small children and two dogs. They gave me an estimate for the time they were going to be there and actually finished early. They covered their shoes and protected our hardwood floors, At the end we got an update on the progress where we were told they got 90% of the stains and odor out of our furniture.
