We experienced repeated service issues, a 25% rate hike without notice, ignored emails, and unreturned quote requests. Worse, we were billed for work that wasn?t done?confirmed twice, including by a third-party inspection with photos. Even when confronted, they deflected and delayed for months. We had to hire another company. They also mis-sized a walk-in freezer due to bad measurements and blamed their supplier. When shown proof it was undersized, they argued with no solution. They later mismeasured again on a replacement bid. Their attitude throughout was defensive, unprofessional, and dismissive. If something goes wrong?and it likely will?they will not stand behind their work. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere."

An air vent is the opening in a room where the heated or cooled air blows in. Air ducts and air vents work together with your HVAC unit to keep your home at a comfortable temperature year-round.

Professional air duct cleaning takes two to five hours, depending on the size of your home and the extent of the cleaning. The ductwork in standard homes with total square footage of 1,500 to 2,000 will take closer to two hours. Larger homes with extensive return and supply ductwork—often over 3,000 square feet—can push up to five hours. Keep in mind that related cleanings and repairs in your HVAC system will add to this total and may require two visits.

If your HVAC system's capacity doesn't match the required CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute), imbalances can occur. An undersized system struggles to maintain desired temperatures, leading to discomfort. Instead, put boric acid or diatomaceous earth in a spot that roaches may walk through, infesting them and the rest of the infestation.

To get water out of AC vents, first identify the source of the water. Check other air vents in your home for signs of moisture. If you can’t find any, look around the room for anything that might have seeped water in like an overwatered plant or a spill. Meanwhile, if you notice more than one air vent wet in other areas of your home, it’s more than likely an issue with your insulation, roof, or air conditioner.
