They were really kind to haul away the old TV as well. The two brothers are really nice guys. We even got to meet the mom at the shop, who was great. One of the brothers ended up being really helpful in picking out a new TV, letting us have space and time to decide and explaining everything really well. At the time I was unfamiliar with antenna TV, so he explained that and had several options to choose from. Have had the antennae and TV for 1 1/2 years and they both work great.
