His level of high level of expertise was evident in both his scoping of the job and in his final product. When I asked for additional repair work, outside of the original scope, Jon was very flexible and was able to fit the other work in after completing the originally scoped work. "Terrible experience. Dakota was awful at responding to any emails, calls, or texts. We essentially contracted with him and the morning he was supposed to start work, he said he was COVID-positive and would get back to us about rescheduling. We never heard from him or anyone at L&D Construction again. Completely unreliable and unprofessional."
