"John is a good man, honest and forthright. I upgraded all my coaxial cables running from my digital antenna. I agreed to upgrade my old digital antenna and purchase a new one through John. After the install and upgraded cables were installed John sat with my wife and I and made sure every tv in the house had a clean and clear picture on the channels we watch most often. I wasn't sure the new antenna was giving us an improved signal John jumped back in the attic and reinstalled the old antenna. After we went through all the tv's he agreed the signal had not improved and took the new antenna back and refunded the purchase price.
