They were at my disposal, through phone, conference calls, email, texts and even in person. Whenever I wanted to talk to them, they made themselves available. They NEVER made me feel like I was a bother to them or a disruption to their work, but rather a part of my project and the process. Throughout this process, I also worked tirelessly with interior designer, Heather Helms. She had the same level of professionalism, knowledge, experience and pleasant demeanor, as Schaub+Srote. She helped me pick EVERYTHING for my new home and balanced perfectly, the fine line of her knowledge with my tastes. I NEVER once felt she was over reaching or thinking all my ideas were horrible. I felt more like we were a team and she loved my ideas and she helped bring everything together! It is for these reasons I, not only, give Schaub+Srote Architecture Firm five stars, I will ALWAYS consider them family and maintain close contact with each and every one of them!"
