"I hired Andrew Browning to replace my sewer lateral. He brought his equipment in threw my neighbors yard after he was specifically told that was not my yard and he couldn't bring his equipment in that way but when I got home from work I found out he did anyway. He also stopped short of the sewer main and tied into the old sewer pipe and when I said something to him he argued with me telling me that's the way they do it and that the pipe from there was ok and clean and that he said he would go up to the main and thats up to the main. After arguing with him and telling him that's not acceptable he finally dug up the rest and tied into the main as he was hired to do. Then after back filling the trench he took the excess rock and dirty fill and spreaded over my yard instead of hauling it away and then argued with me that it's not his fault that there was alot of rock he had to dig threw to install the new pipe. Then he told me if I paid to have new dirt brought in he would spread over the rock and debris he spreaded all over my yard. He finally brought some dirt in himself that is mainly mud and clay and rock I can barely get any grass to grow in it and my yard is in worst shape now than it was before he started. Also were he tied into the cast iron pipe coming out of the house was right next to my gutter downspout drain pipe that after he was done I realized it was now missing. When I asked him about it he told me it was collapsed so he did away with it and just covered it up and did not say anything about and giving me the ability to replace it. I had to dig up everything he just did in order to install new drain pipe. He is the most unprofessional contractor I've ever dealt with and the quality of his work is terrible. I will not ever refer him or use him again. Totally unsatisfied with my yard and the experience in dealing with him."

"My experience was great with this company until today. They came out at the end of September, messages I have is September 25th, but not 100% sure on the actual date they came out and completed demo. Long story short, we had a bad experience with our insurance adjuster at our insurance company. Keep in mind, that I had kept Grant informed every step of the way of this process. The lady that was helping us was either fired or quit, which delayed our claim being approved. We waited a couple of weeks, trying to get in touch with our adjuster to see what was going on. We were finally assigned a new adjuster. I had to send her everything as she didn't have any of the documents/pictures/information on the claim. I let Grant know that we were assigned a new claims adjuster and that they stated it was approved. The insurance company just had to wait for them to sign off. This was Thursday, November 7th. Yesterday, November 12th, I was able to finally sign the docs with the insurance company. They stated we would have the check 5-7 business days. Again, I let Grant know via text of all this communication. Today, he called me and was extremely aggressive on the phone. Stating that I am past due 30 days and that I need to pay him immediately. Stated there is interest on my invoice that I need to pay. I wasn't aware that I would be charged interest, or I would have paid Rapid Dry a long time ago. The way he spoke to me on the phone would bring the negative side out of anyone that he talked to this way. He stated that he was extremely busy and that he had taken over 2K phone calls and didn't know if he had talked to me or not. My issue is that I have been communicating with him this entire time that we were having issues with our insurance company, and he didn't say anything about the invoice accumulating interest. I have text messages showing that I have been keeping him updated on the status of the claim. I will never use his company again nor will I EVER refer them to anyone. Not because of the work that they did, because this was good, but merely due to how he spoke to me and how aggressive he was on the phone when he just called me. Grant literally was screaming at me. After 10 minutes of a phone call with someone yelling at you and being aggressive, I think about anyone would react to this. I am extremely taken back at the way he handled himself and represented the company in the way he called me and how aggressive he was."

"OUTSTANDING, did the job in 2 days when promised 3, cleaned up after himself and did exactly what was asked for. Wrote out a detailed estimate of each items' cost (requested) and reduced prices on some things he had estimated that weren't needed. He ensured all items were done to code and completely reconfigured the main floor bathroom plumbing, which was very aged. All items installed neatly and to perfection any OCD Person (like myself) would appreciate. Would hire again in a NY minute!"

"The water line replacement went much better than I imagined. The company was prompt and completed the work within 48 hours. As part of the repair, the associate convinced me to purchase a maintenance package. The package reduced the total cost of the job and basically paid for itself. My issues with this company really began when I scheduled the AC maintenance. I was told that technicians would be coming between 8-11. At 11 no one showed up yet. I called and was told that the window for service was 8-12, which was not what I was originally told. I had to reschedule. On the second attempt for service I chose the window of 8-12. At 11:00 a costumer service rep called me and said the technician would arrive closer to 12:30 due to some emergency calls. At 1:40 I called customer service and was told the technician was still in another job. They again mentioned that there were several emergency jobs and that they were down a technician. I completely understand that emergencies can crop up. However this company does not appear to be very accommodating or forthright; you work on their schedule and better not have anything more important to take care of while you wait all day for them to show up."
