"Reggie show up early, and was extremely professional. The problem turned out to be more complicated than a simple clog but he systematically targeted the problem and then used several different strategies to resolve it. His patience and persistence paid off and when he finished he did a good job putting things back and cleaning up. He also went out to a local hardware store and got parts to fix another problem with a drain which was above and beyond. I will definitely call him again should any other plumbing issues arise."
