1. "What sets you apart from competition?" I offer the best turnaround times, usually anytime between same day and 3 days unless waiting on a part to complete the work. 2. "Trip charges? Initial service fees? Anything else?" -For on-site work I require an additional $40 (typical shops are $70-$100 just for the trip). -My services are pretty clear: If you have viruses, virus removals and os reinstallations are$50. If you just aren't sure what's wrong with the computer then I charge $30 to diagnose the issue, and then the service needed would follow. -Other than that, I believe I am one of the few repair businesses to offer A.S.A.P. service. From my experience for retail repairs, I've learned that if you run your business from your computer and something goes wrong with it then you NEED it fixed A.S.A.P.
