Anything else?" -For on-site work I require an additional $40 (typical shops are $70-$100 just for the trip). -My services are pretty clear: If you have viruses, virus removals and os reinstallations are$50. If you just aren't sure what's wrong with the computer then I charge $30 to diagnose the issue, and then the service needed would follow. -Other than that, I believe I am one of the few repair businesses to offer A.S.A.P. service. From my experience for retail repairs, I've learned that if you run your business from your computer and something goes wrong with it then you NEED it fixed A.S.A.P.
