I would never use them again. I had them in June, July and August. They didn’t finish up what they were supposed to do until September/October. They were never on time. Nothing worked right with them. I had to have them come out twice to fix what they were supposed to do in the first time. It took them forever to get it done. It should have been a couple days job, and it took longer than that. Not that their work was the issue; it was the total disregard of schedule and how long it took them to finish it. They are not punctual. Their estimated time is off. They didn’t fix it right the first time, so they had to come back and redo it. They are old windows. The windows almost 80 years old. They are the only person that Angie's List has got listed that does repairs of old wood windows. Their professionalism was terrible. He couldn’t even bother to mail me an original bill. He kept sending it to me via email. Instead of sending me a regular bill, he made me a photocopy of a bill. Totally unprofessional company.

Frank and his crew power washed our home, as well as washed all of our windows and screens. They were very professional, friendly and took a lot of pride in their work. They did an exceptional job cleaning our windows and screens. The view from our home looks simply amazing now. The house which was just awful and very dirty from neglect, looks like a brand new home. Very reasonable and affordable. So if your in need of pressure washing and window washing jobs look no further than Window Wizards. I highly recommend them!!

They are very professional to work with. I was able to get the work scheduled within a week from the initial request. They arrived at the scheduled time. I was very happy with the quality of the work and they accommodated a few additional requests I had (light fixture, basement windows, etc). I will use them on a regular basis for this type of cleaning.

I am very pleased with their work. I requested some work (caulking) that was outside their normal services but they were willing to do the work with their ladders, etc. They also had to rent a large 15 foot step ladder to perform some of the work and did not charge me for the rental. They arrived promptly, were professional and did a quality job. I will definitely consider using them for spring cleaning services.

Frank did the estimate when I was not at home and left it in the front door. I called to schedule the service and 3 (I think) men came out and cleaned the windows inside and out. They removed the screens cleaned them and put them back on. I have had 2 other companies before and the others did not do as good a job as Window Wizards. I will call them again next year.

They did a very good job of cleaning the windows--the windows were as clean as they could get. They did lack a little in organization.

Awesome! Absolutely fantastic! We are having our house painted, and it was pressure washed. The pressure wash left a film on the windows that we had problems getting off ourselves. I decided, less than a week prior to our Memorial Day weekend party, to see if I could get someone to professionally clean them. I called on Monday and left a message for Window Wizards to call me back, and Frank called me by Wednesday morning. I explained that I was looking for someone to clean my windows by Saturday (although it was my own fault for waiting until the last minute to look for someone to do the job). He said he could fit me in on Saturday morning. He and his crew (total of 4) came out on Saturday morning, gave me an estimate, and with my OK did the work in under two hours.

They were on time, efficient, and very courteous.
