"I have house that is rental unit on the 2nd floor that was built in 1896. It needed some plastering done to the kitchen ceiling and the living room ceiling in a few areas. It was plastered before, but needed retouching since it was missing something. I searched for a company who does exceptional work with the proof and years of experience. We prefer wet plaster over dry, so did checking and found ZMartin Plastering on Angi. The company had high ratings and the work looked great, so we scheduled Brian Zmuda to come out and look at what needs to be done. Brian came out me out promptly for an estimate and went over what the issues were with the ceiling in both areas and explained it thoroughly so I could understand and told me what materials as far as the paint, plaster, and more and how he was going to do it, and even showed me this insurance and then quoted me a fair price. I was happy and then scheduled him to come out in three weeks. Brian came out three weeks later on 05/23/23 after we were finishing stucco painting and he began to work. I could tell he knew about doing plaster work for an older house. He started with the two ceilings and did it in order and was clean using the right materials. He plastered it well leaving no mess and with wet plaster, and then once he finished he explained that the plaster dry's in less then a week and told me house spot primer first in the area before applying paint which where are doing for the whole apartment's unit. I was happy and knew he was skilled and explained what materials you are suppose to use and he also does stucco is great to know snice we have some stucco repair on our main house to do. I can highly recommend ZMarting for any paltering work and he seems very honest and did not take long so her reduce the price since it was simple job. We will be working with him in the future. His work is fantastic. Could not be any happier."

"I had a drywall disaster one Saturday night. I thought the drywall on the affected wall would need to be replaced. As a matter of fact I was told that much by a very knowledgeable person. So I went to angie’s list with the intention to find a drywall installer. MKD was one of the providers i selected. I did that at about 8 pm on that Saturday night. I then turned on my TV to watch a movie not expecting anything till at least Monday morning. In about 3 minutes I got contacted by MKD and after discussing my options, I was happy to learn that all was not lost and that they could do a miracle saving me from installing new drywall - a 2k endeavor. And guess what, they could do it Sunday morning! Wow. Mario showed up exactly on time. He was very patient and friendly throughout the whole proce . He worked for about 7 hours and did an AMAZING job. I also asked him to touch an area in the kitchen that had bothered me and my wife for months. He took care of that too. "Alberto came only on Sundays for a few hours , took him around 2 months to finish ,every time he left the basement was dirty, when he left he said it was ready to paint but the walls and ceiling had to be dusted so the paint would adhere to the drywall, there are cracks in the ceiling joints and humps on the walls which probably need to be sanded again, and when I call him he doesn't respond. He finally came by and told me something totally different than what he said to get the job. He told me he wasn't going to repair his shoddy work. DO NOT USE HIM (I believe he gives his wife's name and number as a reference)"

"Needing a quick repair after some lighting installation - Mike was quick to respond to my request. He explained the entire process thoroughly from start to finish; he communicated clearly to set expectations prior to repair. He arrived promptly to start the work and kept the work area clean. Drywall is an art and Mike surely possesses the finesse for a perfect repair. His patch installation was flawless; I hardly had to do any sanding / touch up once dried and prior to painting. He even added a few pointers to ensure a perfect final result. He was very courteous, informative, and quite the perfectionist - he definitely exceeded my expectations and did an excellent job .
