"I have house that is rental unit on the 2nd floor that was built in 1896. It needed some plastering done to the kitchen ceiling and the living room ceiling in a few areas. It was plastered before, but needed retouching since it was missing something. I searched for a company who does exceptional work with the proof and years of experience. We prefer wet plaster over dry, so did checking and found ZMartin Plastering on Angi. The company had high ratings and the work looked great, so we scheduled Brian Zmuda to come out and look at what needs to be done. Brian came out me out promptly for an estimate and went over what the issues were with the ceiling in both areas and explained it thoroughly so I could understand and told me what materials as far as the paint, plaster, and more and how he was going to do it, and even showed me this insurance and then quoted me a fair price. I was happy and then scheduled him to come out in three weeks. Brian came out three weeks later on 05/23/23 after we were finishing stucco painting and he began to work. I could tell he knew about doing plaster work for an older house. He started with the two ceilings and did it in order and was clean using the right materials. He plastered it well leaving no mess and with wet plaster, and then once he finished he explained that the plaster dry's in less then a week and told me house spot primer first in the area before applying paint which where are doing for the whole apartment's unit. I was happy and knew he was skilled and explained what materials you are suppose to use and he also does stucco is great to know snice we have some stucco repair on our main house to do. I can highly recommend ZMarting for any paltering work and he seems very honest and did not take long so her reduce the price since it was simple job. We will be working with him in the future. His work is fantastic. Could not be any happier."

"Manny Herrera called us on the same day (Wednesday) that we contacted Angi. He came out the next day to look at the ceiling plaster repair that we needed. We chose Manny to do the repairs because of all of his knowledge and reasonable price. Our ceiling is at least 60 years old with a feathered design in the plaster that would have to be matched to the rest. He started work on Friday and was completely done on Sunday at 1 pm. He arrived promptly each day and when the work was done the feathering matched! He did an excellent job cleaning up. We would have no hesitation in hiring Manny again! "Our house had a water damage that ruined much of the drywall and floor on the first floor and the basement. For such a big repair job, I carefully looked up the reviews and recommendations from Angie's list and talked to 3 contractors that have the highest ratings. AOM was one of the three. David, the owner of AOM, quickly came to our house, assessed the damage, explained to me what need to be done, showed great empathy to our loss and current situation (having to stay in hotel waiting to go back to our house), and put a very competitive bid (about 2/3 the bid of another contractor). We picked them and signed the contract. AOM uses Trello, a cloud-based project tracking system that software companies often use, to effectively and promptly communicate task description and updates to all workers and house owners. AOM workers are professional, hard working, and friendly. For such a big project, expectedly there were some hiccups and AOM had to juggle ours with their other on-going projects. David kindly explained to me various aspects of the repair work and promptly fixed any faults that we identified. I became to completely trust David's professional skill and that he would treat our house like his. Several nights and weekends David came to work late so that we could move back to normal life as soon as possible. In the end, we are very happy with our remodeled house. I sincerely recommend David and AOM for any house remodeling and restoration job."

"Rob was excellent!!! We had the drainage tile system replaced in our 900 square foot finished basement, and the basement waterproofing company had to cut 2-3 feet up the drywall along the perimeter of our basement to complete the job. I called several companies to get drywall estimates, many times not even getting a call back. Had 2 quotes prior to RFB which were very far apart. RFB was responsive, price was very fair, Rob always stayed in communication, worked clean and was punctual. Since they had to match old drywall to new we were expecting some flaws but we were beyond pleasantly surprised, it looks like the whole wall has newly hung drywall from floor to ceiling. I waited to post this review until after it was primed and painted, and it looks EXCELLENT, beyond our expectations. Highly recommend, we will be hiring him again to repair some water damaged drywall in another room. (We still have to put trim up, but hopefully some of the quality shows through the pictures)"
