"Pivotal was contacted about porch pillar shifting. Jeff was exceptionally prompt and communicative. He drove out to look at the site...which was a 30 min. drive. He called the day of the appt. and said he might be a little late...(very thoughtful). After looking at it, he suggested a simpler and less expensive solution. I didn't think there were contractors like this around anymore. I would not hesitate to hire him....he's pretty rare."

"We have had J & L take down several trees in our yard over the years. Every time we call them, they are quick to come out to get us a quote, fairly priced, and get us on their schedule promptly.
