"Pivotal was contacted about porch pillar shifting. Jeff was exceptionally prompt and communicative. He drove out to look at the site...which was a 30 min. drive. He called the day of the appt. and said he might be a little late...(very thoughtful). After looking at it, he suggested a simpler and less expensive solution. I didn't think there were contractors like this around anymore. I would not hesitate to hire him....he's pretty rare."

He got the job not because he was the lowest bid but because he came out to my house to see what had to be done. The guys are extremely knowledgeable and take immense care in their removal recommendations, while never making us feel pressured.
