"We had an exterior door to our garage that would not close/latch properly and therefore presented a security risk. I called multiple companies for quotes and explained we'd like to try repairing the door first, but are open to replacing it if necessary. Multiple other companies told us there was no other option but to replace the door. Robert's company was the last one on our list to gather a quote from. He came by the very next day after I called, immediately found core problem with the door (simple loose screws in the hinges) and fixed then and there. The fix was so simple, he didn't even charge us. I so appreciate that Robert wasn't trying to scam us into a bigger more expensive project of replacing the entire door. He is honest and quickly finds the root of the problem. We will be hiring Robert's company exclusively moving forward for our various projects around the house. Feeling so lucky to have found him! "The previous owner I bought the house from concealed the rotten windows and the home inspector my realtor recommended did not mention that the windows need to be replaced. 5 years later, water started to come into the house and I learned that not only I need windows, but my house susteined significant damage. In 4 weeks his team was already on site. Now his guys are the best. I had Adam and Rafal installing my windows and oh, my , when they opened the walls I was looking in disbelief at the rotten wood. They were able to replace all that rotten wood including wood studs, top and bottom seal, joists, etc and make the window casing look like new. Most companies either walk away or cover the rot but these guys were absolutely amazing. Every detail was adressed and every concern was answered. And I was not an easy customer because I was over concerned and watched everything they did, asking a bunch of questions. Yeah, that kind of a customer. What can I say. There are a lot of windows companies but these guys standed apart being able to handle this complex and challenging project. Highly recommended, a company that stands apart through the quality of work and professionalism."

"The Chicago Window Guys is a great company to have install your windows and doors. the owner Russ came out and was not aggressive or pushy like other companies. He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok! Russ worked with my budget and I got a new patio door, kitchen window and living room window. I was concerned about how well they will block out noise since I live close to a train track. The door and windows are great at reducing noise and keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The installers were professional and did a great, high quality and thorough job. "I am an 80 year old veteran and the Handy Veteran Kevin asked if I would write a review. I was very pleased with all work done by Kevin and Teko. They installed new garage door, new steps from garage to first level, replaced stainless steal sink and faucet, and doorknobs throughout. Also, stopped all the floor squeaks because my house is over 50 years old. Kevin also repaired rod iron rail at the bottom of my exterior steps. Teko removed paneling and painted one bathroom and installed new stool and second bathroom with new stool and replaced all door handles. I was very pleased with all work done.
