"John and 41 North is great to work with and very client-service oriented. His prices are fair, the estimates are detailed, his team's work is of high quality and he is very communicative. He did some remodeling work for us on our siding, deck and windows and we were very happy with the results. He also upgraded our electrical. We then re-engaged the next year to do our hardscape patio and back landscaping. When rain delayed our progress, he rushed the job to get it done in time for a party we were having. We intend to continue working with 41 North as we continue to upgrade our older Chicago home. I highly recommend this company."

"Shawn and his team made the whole process so easy! They got the most out of my insurance claim and I didn't have to fight with my insurance co. they handled it all. In addition their construction work was beautiful! Have received many compliments from neighbors about quality of work. They were incredible . I left for work in morning and by the time I got home I had a new roof. Not a scrap showing anyone had been there. Same with siding and gutters. "Tom from TKL responded quickly to my initial phone call. We set a date to measure and answer any questions. He was prompt and let me know right from the start there would be an up charge for what I wanted done. I knew what I wanted would not be included in the original Angie's list deal. Having received prior estimates I knew this was still a good value and we proceeded. Once a date was set up for service he was punctual and set to work right away. He was very professional and worked straight through on each occasion. There was more than one because he had to wait for work to dry. I thought Tom from TKL was professional, hard working and fairly priced. I was really happy with the work he did and plan on using him on my next home improvement project!

The only thing I would say is that initially they wanted to use a part from an entire faucet combo (cost about $168) when eventually the part could be purchased seperately for about $40.  But I asked questions and they accommodated by going pick up the part at home depot.  That was very helpful as we were able to get all the work done that day.  Jennifer was great to work with....very responsive and timely follow up.
