"There was an additional cost to the Big Deal that I bought. The price seems reasonable for the service. I know it was tuned properly. He was a very interesting man. He literally explained to me all of the working of the piano insides. He was very knowledgeable. He did the work that was requested in a timely manner."

"This crew was fantastic. They were punctual, courteous, and very careful with our piano. They handled a small problem without missing a beat. I highly recommend them and will hire them again!"

"We had two movers come, they end up being earlier than expected. They were both very friendly, fast, and easy to work with. We only moved about 10 pieces of heavy furniture to move and had no problems.

"Everything went perfect. Fee was right in line with advanced quote received. Movers were professional, courteous and on time. They were efficient in their time (one of the reasons the quote was right on the money). Nothing was broken or damaged in the move. All the necessary pads were provided, they offered us the use of wardrobe boxes, but we didn't require them. I could not have been more pleased and would highly recommend to anyone."

"We are very pleased with Best Cost Movers for their excellent service and low price. We were moving from a 2 BR condo in Geneva to a house in Hinsdale. We found Best Cost Movers from Angie's list and called Eric for appointment. He set up the moving time and also confirmed it by email. On moving day, Santos and Dan were very careful in packing and moving our furniture. They managed to avoid any scratches or dents to the condo and the house. They were very efficient in both moving and driving. We appreciate their effort in making our move a very pleasant experience."

"We had some travel time and needed some time to get our new location set up before they delivered our belongings.  They were good on unpacking and delivery.  We only had one issue. The trailor they used was a frieght box that wasn't clean.  There was a fine black dust that covered all of our belongings.  Nothing was damaged by this dust, so no harm done.  We were able to track the truck from start to finish and only had one piece of furniture that was damaged.  Overall, we are pleased with the experience!  The movers did a great job helping us out!  We had 16,000 lbs of belongings they moved!"

"I would trust all of my moves with this company! They were honest and upfront with all their pricing. Very detailed and made sure my move was easy. They group of movers arrived early and ready to go! There was a little confusion with final pricing but Aaron fixed that immediately! This is a great company and they make you feel at ease knowing your move is taken care of! Thank you again and I will refer all my friends and family!"

"It was wonderful, I used him 7 times because he moved all of my children out of the apartment. They were on time, young, strong, had mask and gloves on, and very polite."

"Moving Day is AMAZING! I worked with Chris and he made the impossible, possible! 10/10 recommend!!! I had a couch install/ delivery scheduled with a different company and was not happy with them. When they arrived, they looked at my door and said “it could not be done”, without trying to get it in. They left my couch in the hall, which is extremely hazardous! I called Moving Day and worked with Chris, he came right away and after about an hour of trying to carefully maneuver the couch through my door, he finally got it in with no tears or marks! He was very professional and provided quality costumer service for reasonable rates!"

"I had a great experience with this moving company. The movers were professional, careful, and very efficient. They handled all the furniture with care and made the whole moving process smooth and stress-free. Everything was done on time and exactly as promised. Highly recommend!"
