We have huge concrete cracks that he refuses to rectify saying it’s something WE did to cause! He was a major bully over text exchanges with my husband and I, and his team did a sloppy job with our backslash. 0/10 do not recommend Russ."

By that I mean a unexpectable quality of work (cosmetically, performance structurely, and ability to rectify their obviously bad job). Sloppy detail work see photos. I want the work completed but I don?t want him back in my house. Please do not hire. Menards didn?t even want him in there store anymore. Quoted me an extremely low price just to get job. So many things he left out. "
