PRESTIGE POLYMER FLOORING

Installation of garage floor 10 years ago went okay. My husband and I have made 6 calls in the last 4 weeks to request repairs. No call back! We were told we had a lifetime guarantee. They’re probably hoping we die before they have to repair it.

It has now been 2 seasons calling and texting for repairs(20 year guarantee) for a 3 year old install. Had to have a friend call, who I had recommended before seeing the cracking and need for repair. Told the weather was too cold, now that the products are difficult to get... WAITING for a response and REPAIR. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Prestige Polymer Flooring! BEWARE!

It has been over 8 months and still no repairs (20 year guarantee). Have called and email. Was told in 12/15 it was too cold for repairs, they would schedule for the spring. It is now August, still no repair or contact/reply from the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We emptied everything off the garage floor, as we needed to do. Mark arrived punctually on the scheduled day (Monday) and prepared the floor, getting up all the old epoxy and roughing the concrete surface. There was virtually no dust, which was amazing. He put down a coating, and that's as much as I watched. By the end of the first day, there was a thick layer of what I think are and quot;chipsand quot; of some kind (we got a gray-based color), which were left on the floor overnight of the first day to dry with whatever solution they were mixed with. On the second day, he returned and grinded down the and quot;chipsand quot; so they were level (I didn't watch as I wasn't home), and then put a clear coat of what I assume is polymer on top of the chips. I'm sure there were more steps involved in the process, but we didn't watch him do it. He was there for a good portion of 2-days. At the end of the second day, he told us to keep the garage closed and not use it for 2-days, then we'd be good to go. We paid him on that day. The floor dried and looks beautiful. Its a little shinier than I thought it would be, but not slippery at all, as the and quot;chipsand quot; make it and quot;roughand quot; enough (not overly rough, just the only way to describe it...). Assuming it lasts as long as the warranty, we think it was definitely worth it. Mark did an outstanding job and at this point, we couldn't be happier with his product and his work. He did a very high quality job and we highly recommend him for this type of flooring.

So far, it is perfect. We have to see if it holds up; it is a twenty-year guarantee, but it looks beautiful. They did the job quickly, and it was fine. He gave me references, and I checked them out. He seemed fine; he got good references. He got the best price.

Outstanding job from start to finish. Promptly provided a quote that was less than I expected. Picked out a floor color and set up a time to apply. Showed up as promised. Was done in approximately two days. To be conservative, we didn't drive on it for about 5 days, although we could have earlier. Very nice worker/owner. Very neat. Cleaned up the site nicely on completion. The floor looks absolutely great. Everyone that sees it is very impressed. Very nice workmanship. Floor is holding up great.

Prestige put in a new floor in my garage. I had a very poor surface that had been damaged by the street salt from many winters. They made the floor look flat even where the salt had pitted it. It has been a year and the floor still looks like new. They did a great job and was priced the best of the 3 quotes. There is only one thing I would ask to have done differently I would have them fill in the seems in the cement to be level with the main floor. It still catches allot of water in the winter and it is hard to squeegee out. Again this does not change my opinion of the high quality job they had done.
