Critter Control came out the day after I called them, trapped the mom that night and removed the babies from my attic the next day. They were very professional, prompt, & courteous. They even fixed the roof vent mama raccoon damaged to gain access into my attic.

The job went well. The technician was professional.

Great! The price was fair and they said they will return as many times as needed for re-treatment if necessary to fully get rid of the bees. The workers were professional and very nice guys. I have used them in the past for vole eradication and have always been happy with this company. I like that they do not make you get some package that you do not need and will just take care of what you actually need.

Great. Just what I needed. Timely and efficient.

Went awesome 1st visit they inspected, attic, roof & soffit's everywhere found no source of entry and the critter was silent on the 1st visit (of course). We opened the wall where the scratching was and found no evidence of animal only the vent stack pipe. We banged on it but thought highly unlikely it was in there and didn't hear anything at the time. The set 2 traps in the wall and left. About 2 hours later, 4:30 scratching cam back. I called and left message for answering service. They called me 1st thing the next morning and they were here by 10:00 am. The looked closer at the vent stack in the basement and roof and they found it stuck. Frank and Alex from critter control helped cut out a piece of the vent pipe and fished it out right then and there. They taped it back up until I could put a perm fix in place and screened off the top of the stack on the roof. they were done in a little over an hour. Top notch guy's very knowledgeable, great communicators told me whats going on every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased!! Way to go Frank & Alex!!

He was very professional and patient, kept coming back until the matter was cleared up.

They were okay, we had no major problems after we used them. I have no complaints about them expect one thing I would say is that they got the critter out there but I thought that they said that the means to repair the area all they did was put a plywood board over it, so that I wasn't happy with.

The company went above and beyond what they needed to. He was terrific he cleaned out all of my gutter downspouts so I didn't have to call another company, I was very pleased with service.

We are still working on catching the squirrels.  Josh is thorough and when he wasn't seeing results, reassessed to figure out where they were getting in from.  Sadly, the secretary clouds my feelings of this company.

Their price was really good. They were upfront with what the costs were and they stuck to it. I was really pleased with them. The worker who came out was Josh. He explained things really well. So, I knew what he had to do and what was going on and everything else. That's important.

The provider placed traps and removed multiple squirrels over a period of four weeks.  He made regular visits and ensured that the entire problem was corrected (and the opening closed) before sending us the bill.
