"John and 41 North is great to work with and very client-service oriented. His prices are fair, the estimates are detailed, his team's work is of high quality and he is very communicative. He did some remodeling work for us on our siding, deck and windows and we were very happy with the results. He also upgraded our electrical. We then re-engaged the next year to do our hardscape patio and back landscaping. When rain delayed our progress, he rushed the job to get it done in time for a party we were having. We intend to continue working with 41 North as we continue to upgrade our older Chicago home. I highly recommend this company."

He listened to our ideas and provided very practical solutions and helped us with zoning variances. During the design phase, they added "and Builders" to their services. We selected Idea over a lower bid because of our good experience with Peter. The build is in progress and the sub-contractors are profession and do quality work. I will update this report when the build portion is complete."

"This is my second project with Fil and Thor Build. The idea to construct a mezzanine was something that I had envisioned when I first saw my condo. I showed Fil my ideas on paper along with photos of how I wanted everything to look. Fil ran with it and brought it to fruition. Everything turned out even better than how I had envisioned. During the project, I requested some modifications which Fil gladly accommodated; he even created a custom door for me that is absolutely stunning - the quality work of artisans! To top it all off, this project was completed while I was 600 miles away. I had to rely strictly on photos and good communication. I had tons of questions during the construction phase and I'm sure I must've drove Fil crazy at times. However he was always professional and answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. I can't say enough about Thor Build, they are my go-to contractor and I am so fortunate to have found them."

In addition their construction work was beautiful! Have received many compliments from neighbors about quality of work. They were incredible . I left for work in morning and by the time I got home I had a new roof. Not a scrap showing anyone had been there. Same with siding and gutters. He helped us with the design and picking materials and stain to match the look of the rest of our house. He also fixed a support post that was rotting to make our home safe. His crew repaired drywall and painted the rooms to make this unfinished section of our home look complete. I will definitely hire Robert again for future remodeling projects."

"Orlando was very responsive to email and phone calls and came out quickly for an estimate. He was very flexible with scheduling the paint job, but we had to delay because of our schedule. "Donnie came out to look over the job and give us a price. He was on time professional, knowledgable, and sincere - my husband and I both felt very comfortable with him. He sent a written quote via email latter that day as promised. When we finally had most things out of the basement we called him back. He came out again, we added a few things to the original plan. He was reassuring that he could start on our desired date and that we would be happy with his workers. They came on our desired day to start. We were skeptical but hopeful. By the end of the first day we were thrilled with all the workers! No way we could have hoped for better. Norma the team leader was unbelievable working alongside  the men with suits and masks in hot summer weather. They were prompt everyday and worked hard and quickly and were neat and clean.  Everything was just right when they left. I highly recommend MasterCat if you need mold remediation and want your property treated like it was theirs. "
