"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"This is my second project with Fil and Thor Build. The idea to construct a mezzanine was something that I had envisioned when I first saw my condo. I showed Fil my ideas on paper along with photos of how I wanted everything to look. Fil ran with it and brought it to fruition. Everything turned out even better than how I had envisioned. During the project, I requested some modifications which Fil gladly accommodated; he even created a custom door for me that is absolutely stunning - the quality work of artisans! To top it all off, this project was completed while I was 600 miles away. I had to rely strictly on photos and good communication. I had tons of questions during the construction phase and I'm sure I must've drove Fil crazy at times. However he was always professional and answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. "A great attribute of Tom is his ability to skillfuly move around obstacles as they present themselves. He is as well very proactive at getting in front of problems and stopping them before they escalate. He saved me a lot of trouble and money. Tom has a knack for changing directions when presented with new information (the pipe system in the kitchen was quite a challenge). He understands the importance and nature of the problem and which problem to be resolved first and sets realistic time frame. He doesn't rush his work and shows a great attention to detail. I liked the way he was so responsive to my needs and has consistently gone above and beyond his job to satisfy my design visions. He consideres pros and cons of a situation very carefully to work out the most suitable solution. I never had to call him to come back to fix his work. I keep TKL bussines card handy for some future projects. I know whenever I deal with TKL Home Improvement, it will be done right. Cost isn't really a factor because of the quality and responsiveness.

"I selected Exclusive Builders after interviewing three contractors. Their quote was definitely not the lowest, but it was the most inclusive and seemed the most transparent. In the end, the quote was very accurate in predicting final costs. When picking finishes with the owner, he was very good at letting me know when I was looking at things which would increase expenses, and he was very helpful and helping me select finishes that would stay in budget but honor the design intent. He had a very good eye for aesthetics. Even more important, the whole team was very detail focused. Everything had to be just so. Any time I noticed something slightly off, they were right there to fix it. They whole team was very respectful of our space, sealing off areas not being worked on. The owner told me that they usually only take on two projects at a time so that they can give appropriate focus to each project and minimize delays. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Exclusive Builders heartily, and would hire them again."
