He arrived when he said he would, took all necessary care in the preparation and execution of the work, listened to our concerns, and did everything he could to meet our expectations. He located the leak, sealed it, and wrapped the offending metal pipe in insulation to prevent possible future condensation problems. He removed mold and damaged plaster work from the bathroom and refinished the wall and ceiling. He took pictures in the attic space to show us the work he did. The work required multiple visits to allow plaster to dry. Mark was willing to work around our schedule and got the job completed pretty much within 24 hours. The standard was outstanding and Mark was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him very highly..

He told me that he was coming on Wednesday and he did not show up and did not responded to me for a week. He finally told me that he got a big job elsewhere. I do not expect him to be reliable, and I could not think that he was responsive at all. He gave me his bad words of $ 2,500 for the painting that I did not let him do. In reality, I was looking for a company that could handle some little thing in my house. I do not even know how that guy got certified.
