We got off to a rocky start. Finally I got the person who own the company, he came out and he resolved the issue. By that time it had gotten pretty out of place. He did it in a fair sweep. He said if we had anymore problems we could call him. He has a lot of issues with his help. They don't help. I need to take it out on the owner of the company and grade them low because it was hell. When he came out he did an excellent job, and assuming I can call him this spring when the bugs are back. I would definitely give him an A. The guy that came out the first time did not identify the bugs properly. It cost us a lot of delays. He said we had honey bees in the house. We did not have honey bees in the house.The honey bees were not dangerous. We had a harness, and wasp. We would have been more aggressive in trying to figure out trying to get rid of them if we would have not thought they were not honey bees. I thought the pricing was fair. They were punctual. If the bees come back, which I think they will. I will call them again. The owner was very responsive, very thorough, and did a very good job. It turned out he didn't know one bee from another. When I got the owner hes not afraid to go up on the roof and get the bugs. They were on the second floor outside. The first guy didn't want to climb on the roof. The owner definitely has issues with his health. That's the problem."

He did everything he said he was going to do. We had some bushes on the side of the house that blooms in the spring time. One time, the spray got into the plants and killed them."
