Harmony Glass & Glazing, LLC of Springfield, IL is your locally owned and operated glass repair company. We are a small two man, low overhead company that takes pride in everything we do. Our company gladly serves residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We specialize in design-build services, installation, service, and repair of residential glass doors and windows, commercial windows, doors, curtain walls and storefront systems. We started in February 2012 but our key employees, Ken Williams and Jim Harmony, have over 35 years combined experience in the glazing industry. We pride ourselves on prompt, affordable, and courteous service. We are members of the IUPAT, District Council 58 and Glazier Local Union 1168 out of Springfield. We provide 24 hour emergency service for commercial buildings and free estimates.

"From the time I went to Carpet Weavers to choose flooring until the job was finished took seven weeks. There was a total lack of communication between the store and the installer. The owner of the installation business was competent, but his employee was not. It was his employee who installed the flooring. The trim is not made by the company that manufactures the flooring. That would have been nice to know before I bought it. It took two weeks to get the flooring. The trim was installed three weeks after the flooring was installed. Not a good match, but the store was satisfied. The contractor had to spend time doing what his employee had not done, such things as affixing the door stops to the floor, attaching the base panel to the dishwasher and securing it and more. It was a miserable seven weeks long process. I will consider having a general contractor match the trim and replace the material that was installed. Right now, I just want my house back. "

"Beware of Feldco. Misleading Sales Tactics. We had windows, siding, gutters, facet, soffiting, and a back door and storm door installed. Salesman stated two payments. 50% down to start the job and remaining due at completion and satisfaction of the jobs. They wanted payment after each job. Workers left two windows unframed with pine shims and spray foam insulation sticking out. Back door lock was installed crooked, bottom weather stripping was ripped up, and worker destroyed my original oak trim around the door and installed white trim in place of it. Siding crew didnt speak english and I came home to them installing insulation board over my existing siding instead of taking old siding off. They were caught not replacing old rotted facet boards and tried installing over rotted out wood. Vinyl trim around the windows was not even. They had to come out three times to caulk the same window. Workers put up new gutters with large black scrape on the front. Sales presentation is recorded, but will not provide a copy of audio to customer."
