He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

Additionally, rats tend to be more cautious, whereas mice are more curious and might be seen more often.

The best time of day to spray your yard to repel ticks is in the early morning hours or early in the evening. These times of day tend to be cooler compared with the middle of the day when the sun is hotter. Otherwise, the solution could dry out quicker and prove less effective.
