Found out the potential problem. This is the second time that we have used this company. We have complete confidence in their ability to fix any appliance at a reasonable rate. Would highly recommend them and we will use them again if needed.

Wiring was replace as a fix for whole refrigerator freezing. A few days go by and it freezes everything again. The same service man was sent out and he didn't look at the unit, he said it's the wiring... AND LEFT... a week later when called about the new cable, they never ordered it. And the service report indicated it was a wiring issue... isn't that what we call repair professional in to do...? Repair? WILL CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!

When he arrived, the technician was surprised that my washer was still working as that model usually didn't last 10 years! (This was later repeated by the salesman when I bought a new washer.) Because the suspension was broken and he thought I would soon have problems with the machine's ball bearings, the tech said he'd check on the costs and suggested I look into getting a new appliance. He was professional and polite.

Service tech came on Tues. and said it was the pump. It took a week before he came back. I'd checked the internet and found the pump and could of had it the next day. The tech was great and discovered we had a Bosch dishwasher that had a recall. He should be back next week with the part and install it at no charge.

My Maytag washer ( over 10 years old ) was leaking and I went in to Henry's to look for a new one. They asked if my current one was a "Dependable Care" model. It was. They recommended fixing it because that model has a very long life and is dependable!
They came out and fixed it in one visit and when the repair man was told that the oven in the range was not lighting properly, he fixed that too.

Walking into my laundry room Saturday morning I found water all over my floor and running out of my front load washer. I hadn't

used the washer since the day before. When I called Henry's they weren't sure when a tech could come but they sent someone

from their store to move my washer and turn off the water. That to me was above and beyond what I expected! What a very nice lady that was to care enough to help me. They were able to send a tech shortly after and he fixed my washer problem. I couldn't have asked for better service or nicer people to deal with.

My two year old Whirlpool dishwasher was not cleaning the top rack. Henry's repair man looked at it, started and stopped the machine a few times, then said the pump was bad - putting out low pressure - and needed a $300 new pump. I asked if he should look at the filter or intake and see if it was clogged first. He took off the sprayer arm and said the filter looked like it had a film. He gave me a cup of citric acid to run in the wash cycle. If that did not improve things, he said to call him for a new pump or dishwasher. I was charged $42 for the visit. The citric acid did not help. I googled the issue and found it was very simple to remove the cover off the pump and check the inlet. It was filled with debris - plastic, teabags, glass, string, twist ties, food, etc. I fixed the problem in less than 1 hour. I called them the following day about the bad service and asked for a refund. I was told the manager would be told and I would get a call back but have not heard back. While this was the only one of three places that agreed to come out the next day, I suggest you look elsewhere for service.
