"Jose and Edgar are the best! We had several rooms painted and six interior doors painted. They were very professional and clean. Jose did a few other jobs (caulking, adding a handicap bar) for no extra charge. I won’t hesitate to call them again!"

"Great job by Cesar! Very professional and great communication. Both my bedroom and bathroom look great! Always cleaned up after he left and vacuumed. The job took three days and it was well worth it. Cesar went way out of his way to fix things that needed to get done even without asking. Thank you Cesar"

Small jobs welcome

"More than fair, honest, and reliable sounds cliche when it comes to leaving reviews. These three characteristics don't even begin to scratch the surface. Jonathan possesses a level of integrity that is rare. He did an outstanding job installing new floors in my bathrooms and kitchen, so much so that I have asked him to come back and paint not only those areas but the living room / dining room as well. There are few other projects that we have talked about and I even recommended him to my mom for some things that she needs done as well. If you need something done, there's no need to look any further; Jonathan is the man!"

Drywall questions, answered by experts

Yes, drywall nail pops are a common occurrence in homes, both new and old, resulting from the settling and shifting of the structure over time. Though not present in every room or on every wall, encountering nail pops in different sections of a home is not unusual, particularly if the temperature, humidity, or foundation has experienced changes.

While fumigation chemicals cannot pass through solid objects, they will seep into any openings in walls, doors, or other closed spaces. This allows them to get into tight places where pests may be hiding and causing damage, like termites ruining the foundation of your home. It also means that your home needs to ventilate for 48 hours before returning to ensure that no harmful chemicals remain in your space.

Small patches can be DIY, but professionals handle large-scale repairs with seamless results.

Walls should be as smooth as possible before applying peel-and-stick wallpaper. Although you technically can apply wallpaper on textured walls, the peel-and-stick variety won’t last long without a clean, smooth surface for the adhesive to stick to. If you have textured walls, consult a pro about removing the textured finish before moving forward with wallpaper.

If the holes in the plaster are small, you can fill them with layers of patching plaster until they’re filled. After it dries, you can sand the plaster and paint over it. If the hole is much larger, consider using bonding plaster first and then a layer of patching plaster, completing the process with sanding and a layer of paint.
