To aid with entry to my building, I loaned them a set of spare keys, which they forgot to bring and had to return on a separate trip. After I submitted the final payment, I found that they neglected to secure the button sill of the shower door at all and it simply slid out of place. I sent Ron a message asking for a return of my payment and he has been silent. Amateur work, no attention to detail, carelessness. Don't hire these guys for your project, hire professionals"
