within 2 weeks of finishing, a whole panel came loose. wood cut & installed uneven. Gate sagging. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit to come fix the fence & gate correctly. Still some bull crap. Jim & his son are horrible business owners, & needs to be shut down. Will not recommend them. Ask me for pictures, I can show you the BS work that they do.

Work was completed very well and looked great. They even came out and fixed the fence a few weeks later when a tree fell on it.

Arrow Fence was was excellent to work with! They met our schedule during a busy time of year and delivered a high quality product. Terry pays attention to the closest detail and really knows his stuff. We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Arrow Fence!

Terry and his crew did a great job, and we are very pleased with our fence. Terry came out the day we called to provide a quote. When we accepted his bid, the order was immediately placed for the materials. We did wait a few weeks for the fence to arrive from the manufacturer, but that is out of Arrow's hands. Once it arrived, the install went great, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Arrow for your fencing needs.

Arrow was our first and lowest quote. Terry was very responsive and very professional. Took about a month to get all the fencing in and took one full day to get it done. Terry and his crew were here early in the morning and pretty much had it finished before i got home from work. They came by a few days later to add finishing touches but i'm extremely pleased with their promptness and quality of work done.

Terry and his team were great. Showed up exactly when they said they would. Stopped and asked me before proceeding if any landscape issue or placement issue popped up. Highly recommend.

Terry and his crew were very professional and did a great job. They even arrived a day earlier than promised. They made sure all small pieces of fencing were picked up and asked me to make sure I was happy with all the adjustments they made. We couldn't have been happier with their service and would recommend them to anyone requiring fence work!!

They showed up as promised and got the job done.  It turned out nicely.  It was more expensive than another quote we got, but the responsiveness was a huge plus, so we went with them.  I figured they'd invoice us, but the day after the job was done they stopped by asking for a check which seemed a little strange. 

Terry was awesome, he showed up on time everytime he said he would. He was in constant contact during the whole process, and available to take my calls whenever I had an question or additional request. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, the price was reasonable.  I would not hesitate to hire Arrow Fence again.

I was given the estimate on may 1st, and the job was completed on may 29, and that included me taking a week to get other estimates and a holiday weekend. Terry and his staff were very punctual and professional, and the fence lives up to the company name, it's straight as an arrow.

All I am going to say is this...called 5 different fencing companies...Terry was the ONLY one that showed up on time, even came earlier, but called me first to make sure it was ok...quoted me on the spot...pricing was dead on...his professionalism along with his crew is dead on...shows up when he says he is going to show up...the other 4, one ridiculously priced...told me noon did not call or show up until 6pm...another one took three weeks to get a quote back to me...again pricing was ridiculous...you see where I am going here....I can go on and on, but why...do yourself a favor, IF you want the right guy at the right price and work with good people who care about what you and your needs are...and save yourself a lot of time and aggravation...just call Terry now!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

I had an awful time finding fence builders and getting ANY return calls from my area. Ended up looking on Angies list for fence builders a little farther out from my area and located and called Arrow Fence. They actually called me right back within the hour! Was out that DAY and gave me a quote for a new fence right there in my drive way. They started and finished the fence just when we were started all that heavy rain in June. All in all, including setting posts in cement and letting them and quot;setand quot;, from my initial phone call to finished job, I think took all of 2 weeks (would have taken less time had it not been for the rain)! Owner was there, and the job was done right! I've had SO many compliments from friends and many neighbors! And now my little dogs are HAPPY! Pups are happy makes Momma happy!
