He was very prompt, efficient, and thorough. He did a very good job, and we would definitely request his services again.

He called when they were ready to do the work and showed up right away. Very fast and cleaned up after themselves.

Wonderful experience and I will definitely call them again. They operate a little differently in that they come out with a quote ready to do the work. They take a look, give you a quote and if you give them the go ahead, they get it done right then. It took them about 20 minutes to do the whole project. Yes, like the other reviewers stated, they might leave it a little messier than other companies BUT they charged $150 dollars less than what others quoted. At that price, I'm more than happy to deal with a little cleanup, or wait around for the next rain to do it for me! Great service, highly recommended!

They not only cleaned the gutters but did some minor repairs on my gutter system for no charge.

The company called me the next day to say they would give an estimate, but did not give me a time or day. I believe he said "if you're home we can give you an estimate and do them then... and if you're not home we can still do them." Which is nice I guess, but when they came, and I wasn't there, I had difficulty understanding him on the phone; it would have been better in person. They were very prompt and must have done the job quickly. They did not call me when they finished to tell me how it went, so I still do not know if I have a problem with my gutter helmet, which is the reason I called them. I know they did the garage though, because they just threw the mess on the ground, and dirt was streaked down the siding. Not very professional.

Ok, these guys are great. I have a two story victorian with rather high gutters on the sides and uneven ground around the house, which make them very hard to clean out ourselves, even with a little giant ladder- meaning that even though we had cleaned them ourselves this spring, we didn't do the best job of it on our own. Then when storms came through and debris was washed into them I knew it was time to get a professional out to deal with it. However, I was having a hard time finding someone to even call me back on it... and was resigning myself to a several hundred dollar bill for the job. Then I was saved- R&S came out to my house ready to do the job right then for a price that was more than fair. They were fast and professional, cleaned up all debris, and went so far as to blow debris off of my sidewalk and driveway that had nothing to do with my gutter just because they were already there. Talk about going the extra mile! :D

I called expecting to make an appointment for next week, but he said he could be at my place in 5 minutes, so I couldn't turn that down!!  They blew out all the junk in my gutters,  Showed me where one of the gutters was plugged. They cut off the bottom and now an extension can be added. Mr. Shank even fixed a loose fence bolt!!  Very personable people. I will be calling them in the fall to get all the pesky leaves from the gutters. They were very friendly and I would recommend them for a quick gutter cleaning.

I have an annual contract with them. They come out twice a year. They came out this spring and will come again in the fall. They are very thorough. I wish sometime they paid attention to what comes out of the gutter. Sometimes they leave some stuff on the sidewalk that could have been cleaned up.
