That system failed. When contacted to repair / replace Rockford seamless gutters told us that product had changed and no longer warrantied. We contacted the leaf protection co. directly and received a replacement product. Rockford seamless gutters installed the new product. It failed. Now they will not do anything. The owner was rude to my wife on the phone. They do not stand behind the products they sell. Now they refuse to even talk to us on the phone. We will have to start over looking for a solution. I would not consider them for any job.

I called several companies, got estimates, and choose this one because it was local, in my price range and the estimator was willing to reconsider and estimates when I discovered additional options. I OK'ed the work after a few changes to the initial discussion and quote and the work was done in a very clean and professional manner. Even though the weather had been bad and all the companies were heavily booked, I got it done within a few weeks and it was done well. I haven't had to have them come back.

The service was fine overall. This company called us back first and came out right away. The price was much better than others. We had no problems with them!
