Chris (the owner) was very friendly and responded immediately to emails and texts. I called him on Wednesday (May 31st) and he was out Friday afternoon (June 2nd) to do the work. I could not be more happy. The siding on the back of our house was actually green in places from the algae. Chris and Steve made the siding look like new again. I appreciated the following things about their visit: they were punctual, professional looking, cared about not damaging any of my property or plants, took a good amount of time to set up and make sure everything was proper before beginning, thoroughly explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions, worked efficiently and the work looked great! They also cleaned the front sidewalk, which now also looks new and fantastic. I am very pleased with how it all turned out and my only regret is that Chris does not do plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, roofing and HVAC. If he did, I would hire him to do everything.

It went very well. The guy was on top of my roof working when I came home from an appointment. He was very friendly and explained why the cost was more than the price thru Angie's List, which was because of the extra effort needed to get the job done. I agreed with his assessment because I had been meaning to get this done for some time. I would highly recommend the kind of friendly, respectful and thorough service I received.

"I apologize you had a bad experience. The original price that was given was an estimate based on a one story ranch. Your home in particular had tree saplings growing that were appx 2 feet. We discussed the price of the cleaning before continuing with the job. As stated in your review you agreed to the price. More time at job location, more cost for disposal will always lead to higher costs. On your home we removed 5 fifty-five gallon buckets of waste from the gutters. If the gutters were cleaned at appropriate intervals the cost would have been the original $75. Since it costs more money in wages, time, and disposal fees the price reflected such. Again this was discussed before we ever continued with the job. We strive to make our customers happy, larger homes, larger square feet are a given for increased price but when we need to spend hours removing gutters packed full of leaves that have degraded into dirt and tree saplings the price increases."

Shawn and Chris were right on time, professionally explained what they were going to do, and carried out the siding cleaning thoroughly. I couldn't be happier with the job performed as I thought the facia at the top of the house was doomed to look dirty forever. The chemicals they use were thoroughly explained, gentle on my house, and left it looking like new. They totally cleaned up after themselves and were done in a couple hours, just like they said they would be. It was a fantastic service experience and the best money I've spent in a long time. These guys offer a great value!! Highly, highly recommended! Thanks Mr. Cannon.

Purchased special on Angies List. Was contacted by Chris with two days to arrange time. I especially was pleased with the fact that no one had to be home when this was done. He called a couple of days early and asked if he could move up the date which worked perfectly. Chris followed up with a phone call to see if everything was satisfactory. Would definately redcommend and will use again
