"Pro showed up two hours later than originally scheduled, an hour later than they request we change it to, 30 min later than they told me the day of. Generally, we will discuss payment. It largely depends on the scope of the project. You and I will sit down and discuss completion goals, and if a large project, payment may be required in measurable and pre approved stages.
