"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "I am a repeat customer over last 6 years. I am disheartened by issues encountered with my recent countertop order (originally placed in June) from Factory Plaza and the subsequent handling by their employee/PM. I ordered a stone countertop for a 36-inch sink base cabinet, specifying sink and faucet cutouts and an industry-standard overhang. This was a very simple order. Here is a summary of the problems encountered and specifically attributable to the Project Manager: Sink Cutout Issue: I provided a sink template for the countertop cutout and was billed accordingly. Instructed to pick up the countertop, it lacked the sink cutout.  PM had not provided fabrication team with the sink template. Countertop was not ready and was sent back to fabrication. Faucet Cutout Issue: Advised to bring in the sink for an accurate cutout. Upon another pickup attempt, discovered that the faucet cutout was missing. Countertop sent back to fabrication. Overhang Issue: Advised to pick up the countertop, it was discovered that it was an inch short due to missing industry-standard overhang. These repeated errors indicate a severe lack of due diligence and attention to detail. Factory Plaza has been negligent and uncompromising and failed to accurately document and follow through with the specified requirements. I have previously had successful experiences with different Project Managers employed by Factory Plaza, including: - Full kitchen countertop fabrication and installation - Outdoor bar countertop fabrication and installation - Custom bathroom vanity and countertop fabrication and installation - Laundry room countertop fabrication with customer provided measurements (Same order request as in this formal complaint.) Issues with this particular project highlight a significant lapse in service quality, stemming from PM's inadequate management. These missteps have delayed the project and resulted in additional inconvenience and frustration."

"Installed roof on new construction home. 1 yr later several problems and signs of leaking. The roof has many low nails, some very low nails and some of those are blown all the way through. There are shingles missing right at the valley and have been missing for a while, the felt is not black at all anymore. There are probably 40 holes through the shingles where the siding installers nailed their pump jacks through the roof. There is a snow valley on the west side of the home where the valley is backwards allowing water to run underneath the snow valley. There are several face nails throughout the roof that were never sealed. There are a few face nails that serve no purpose where someone may have shot a nail gun on accident and did not replace the shingle. Overall the roof has many areas that need addressed. Contractor not taking responsibility. Would NEVER recommend!!"
