"These people are crooks! I gave them a $6,500 down payment for a $21,000 roof on a house I was selling. They said "sure, we can get it done." Two months later, no roof, no call, no nothing. I had to sell the house at a discount because of it. They never called me. I called them, but no one ever answered and their voicemails were always full. Never returned texts or emails."

A double-hung window features two operable sashes, meaning it has an upper window part and a lower part that can both open to let in fresh air.
